With over a decade in the environmental sector, Mr. DeGhetto distinguished himself as an environmental scientist, project manager, and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). Before embarking on his full-time role, he began his career at 18 years old with an intensive summer internship for four consecutive summers with an environmental consulting firm. His breadth of expertise spanned soil and groundwater studies, underground storage tank assessments, large-scale remediation projects, and litigation support. Mr. DeGhetto adeptly helmed projects addressing environmental contamination across various New Jersey locales. He mastered the art of designing in-situ treatment systems and excelled in preparing essential permits, working closely with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). As an LSRP, he guided both public and private clients through remediation processes, ensuring compliance with NJDEP regulations and the nuances of the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA). He frequently utilizes the NJDEP rules and regulations to attain remediation standards with compliance options to achieve regulatory closure.
President
With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Bambrick has been integrally involved in every aspect of site investigation and remediation and is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). His clients encompass a broad spectrum including the private, public, and federal sectors. He has worked with a large number of environmental law firms and insurance companies to navigate complex environmental challenges. Under his leadership, his remediation group has successfully conducted comprehensive soil and groundwater investigations at facilities, ranging from undeveloped land to complex chemical/industrial establishments. He has successfully overseen and managed hundreds of underground storage tank removals and associated remedial efforts. He has utilized advanced computer modeling to assess the fate and transport of groundwater contaminant to support both regulatory and litigation matters. Over the years, Mr. Bambrick has implemented and directed a broad range of remedial strategies including excavation, in-situ bio-remediation, in-situ chemical oxidation, injections of colloidal carbon, soil vapor extraction, and dual phase recovery and treatment. With regard to property transactions, he has overseen and directed numerous Preliminary Assessments in conformance with the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with prevailing ASTM standards. Further, Mr. Bambrick has served as a testifying expert in various litigation matters. In this capacity, he has provided expert testimony concerning the behavior of specific chlorinated organic and petroleum compounds and assessed the reasonableness and necessity of costs incurred.

With nearly two decades of expertise in the environmental sector, Mr. Lattanzi has built a formidable reputation as an environmental scientist and project manager. His skills encompass a wide range of environmental consulting services, from soil and groundwater investigations to overseeing large-scale remediation projects. He has efficiently managed environmental projects in New Jersey and New York, addressing contamination in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. His proficiency extends to designing in-situ treatment systems, large-scale excavation projects, and securing various essential permits. Mr. Lattanzi consistently collaborates with regulatory bodies like the NJDEP and NYSDEC, generating a plethora of documents that facilitate the attainment of regulatory closure. In addition, Mr. Lattanzi has conducted rigorous ASTM Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, alongside Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements, catering to a diverse clientele. In his capacity as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional, a license which he obtained in March 2013, Mr. Lattanzi has assisted both public and private entities in navigating the remediation process to achieve regulatory closure. Being at the forefront of environmental regulations, he is well-versed in the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA). Impressively, Mr. Lattanzi has served or is currently serving as the LSRP for over 100 site remediation program cases and has played a pivotal role in managing these projects to ensure timeframes and deadlines are met.
