It seems like it all began with underground storage tanks (USTs) or transactional assessments pursuant to the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) or ASTM Phase I. When it comes to USTs, however, you would be hard pressed to find a group with more experience than Delta. Our team has been involved with and has directly overseen hundreds of tank removals and assessments over the years. These projects have ranged from relatively simple unregulated heating oil tank (UHOT) removals at residential properties to complex regulated tank removals involving petroleum and chlorinated compounds at industrial properties. We are extremely familiar with all of the notification, oversight, sampling, and reporting requirements under the various regulatory programs. If a leak has occurred, we are well-versed at developing alternative remedial strategies to close out a case in the shortest, most cost-effective way possible. We always advocate on behalf of our clients, using all means at our disposal and within the context of existing regulations.
